David Milne, Managing Partner, SV Life Sciences
David Milne has more than 21 years of operating experience in leading therapeutic and diagnostic medical technology corporations. He has made 11 investments since joining SV Life Sciences and currently sits on the board of directors of CardioMind, EBR, Entellus, Mindframe, ReShape, Sadra, Spinal Kinetics, TIF/Aquesys and TransEnterix, as well as NovaLign. From 1999, until joining SV Life Sciences, David held the position of vice president of corporate business development at Boston Scientific Corporation and was responsible for more than 50 transactions totaling nearly $2 billion in acquisitions, equity investments and development partnerships. Prior responsibilities included executive-level positions in marketing, corporate planning and sales with Boston Scientific Cardiology, Becton Dickinson and Parker Laboratories. David holds an M.B.A. from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from Rutgers University.
